These terms govern your use of northmeadowi.com (the “platform”). By entering the platform and confirming you are 18 or over, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use North Meadow I.

1. What North Meadow I is

North Meadow I is a free social casino offering games for entertainment only. It is not a real-money gambling service. There are no wagers, deposits, withdrawals or prizes of any kind. Playing here is a leisure activity, not a financial one.

2. You must be 18 or over

The platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 and above. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may restrict or end access where we reasonably believe a user is under 18.

3. Virtual credits have no value

All play uses virtual credits. These credits:

• are provided free and cannot be purchased;
• hold no monetary or real-world value whatsoever;
• cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, sold or redeemed for anything;
• may be reset, adjusted or removed at any time without notice or compensation.

You acquire no property right in credits. Winning or losing credits has no financial consequence.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and for personal entertainment. You must not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its code, nor use automated means to manipulate gameplay or credit balances. We may suspend access where use threatens the platform or other visitors.

5. Availability

We aim to keep North Meadow I available and working well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform — including games and features — at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The platform's design, text, graphics, game logic and code are owned by North Meadow I or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only; you may not copy, redistribute or exploit any part of it without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Meadow I is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. As the platform involves no money and no prizes, you cannot suffer financial loss through gameplay itself.
